Why do I need one?

The Apprenticeship, Skills, Children and Learning Act (ASCL) was implemented from 13 April. Apprenticeships frameworks become statutory programmes and have to meet the new Specification for Apprenticeship Standards for England (SASE) and the Specification for Apprenticeship Standards for Wales (SASW).

Evidence of delivery and assessment of Employee Rights and Responsibilities is a mandatory requirement for awarding an apprenticeship framework completion certificate, set down in the SASE and SASW.
