Erik Lander, Skills Team Manager, said, "It's important that salon professionals and managers upgrade their skills to maintain their competitive edge. Salons that invest in training and developing the skills of their staff will be able to meet client demand and continue to grow their business. The best way to explain something to someone is to show them. That's what the Habia Skills Team do – they show you new cuts, techniques and new fashions whilst also encouraging salon staff and managers to take a positive approach to learning."
