All orders must be prepaid but are supplied with seven days' approval. Vat is not charged on books, all video and DVD prices shown are inclusive of VAT.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, cheques, postal orders, and by invoice if you have a credit account with us. Habia can set up credit accounts subject to status. Please contact 08456 123555 for further details.

Postage and Packaging is Free of Charge on all orders with delivery to the UK (excluding the Republic of Ireland). Our Policy is to despatch goods to arrive with you within five working days from receipt of your order and payment. Express delivery is available (the cost will be calculated individually per delivery), please telephone 08456 123555 for details. All delivery timescales are subject to stock availability and orders placed before 12pm will be dispatched the same working day.
Goods must be inspected on receipt of delivery and all claims for shortages or damages must be reported to Habia within five days of receipt of goods. Habia will be responsible for postage costs (incurred to return goods for an agreed refund or exchange) only in the case of damaged or incorrect goods being supplied. All goods may be returned within seven days of receipt for exchange or refund. The customer is responsible for postal charges to return the goods and in the case of a refund will only be refunded the original cost of the items and not the initial postage charges. All goods returned must be, where possible, returned in their original packaging and arrive back to Habia in a saleable condition.
