This course covers all aspects of foundation cutting from correct use of tools, body position and finger angle through to one length cutting, graduation and layering.  It incorporates foundation and classical cutting techniques incorporating one length, graduation and layering.  This course is suitable for complete beginners through to those with 1-2 year’s experience, or anyone wishing to refresh knowledge on foundation haircutting.

The Practical

• Hands on work
• Foundation cutting techniques
• One length graduation and layering
• Covering several techniques over four different styles.
  
  

Format is a mixture of demonstration and practical and involves a lead demonstration and theory session to the group followed by the group carrying out the task on heads.  

The Result
Completion of the course is recognised through the award of a CPD certificate for 5.5 hours.
