You will need to have at least three years industrial experience before you can teach in FE. Once you have this experience, contact your local Further Education College(s) who offer a qualification called 'Certificate in Education'. You must have this qualification to teach in Further Education. You will also need to take an Assessor Award, commonly known as 'A Awards', which you will usually take once you have a teaching position, as it requires you to have on the job experience.
