EU Citizens
It is normally the case that citizens of the European Economic Area (EEA), which includes all the European Union countries (Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Republic of Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Malta and Southern Cyprus) plus Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein do not need work permits to work in any of the EEA member states. There is also an agreement between the EEA that allows citizens of Switzerland to work in the EEA without the need for a work permit.
