WorldSkills UK Beauty Therapy Competitions

WorldSkills UK are inviting students training as beauty therapists, nail technicians, make-up artists and holistic therapists, to enter the WorldSkills UK beauty and related therapies competitions in 2009.
 
The winners from each category will be invited to attend a WorldSkills UK Awards Ceremony in late 2009 and outstanding national winners of 2009 Beauty Therapy Advanced may also be invited to compete for a place in the UK squad for the international WorldSkills competition. The next WorldSkills Competitions take place in Canada this year and in London in 2011.

Competitions for the sector include:

Beauty Therapy - Intermediate and Advanced
Holistic Therapy (Aromatherapy) – Intermediate and Advanced
Holistic Therapy (Reflexology) – Intermediate and Advanced
Media Make-up – Intermediate and Advanced
Nail Technology – Nail Enhancements – Intermediate and Advanced
Nail Technology – Nail Art – Intermediate and Advanced
