CPD Courses

Hair & Beauty industry CPD Courses

Your reputation as a professional is not only important to you, but is essential to your clients, colleagues and employer.
Keeping your knowledge, expertise and skills up-to-date is a key aspect of ensuring your continued excellent reputation as a professional practitioner.
As the sector skills body for the hair and beauty industries, we recognise that there needs to be a formal way in which professionals keep themselves up-to-date with the latest techniques, products, and equipment and business developments.

This is what we call Continuing Professional Development (CPD).

Why CPD?

Constant updating of skills is vital to success in any industry. But it’s especially true in industries like hair, beauty, nails and spa.
CPD is about keeping up to date with the latest treatments, products, techniques, equipment and business developments. If you are an assessor or verifier, CPD is compulsory. But if you are not an assessor or verifier, it can be equally useful.
