At the most basic level, stress is our body’s response to pressures from a situation or life event. Unplug from the world for a bit. Turn off your phone, computer and tablet and allow yourself to be completely unconnected from the technological world. Allow yourself to unwind. Even if it’s for 10 minutes.
Be kind to yourself. Exercise. Socialise. Write. Laugh. Get some fresh air. Start with you, every day.
