All orders must be prepaid but are supplied with fourteen days’ approval. VAT is not charged on books. All download products are subject to VAT. If your item is not available from stock, we will order it and advise the approximate delivery date.
Goods must be inspected on receipt of delivery and all claims for shortages or damages must be reported to the address on your delivery note included within your parcel within seven days of receipt of delivery. Habia will be responsible for postage costs (incurred to return goods for an agreed refund or exchange) only in the case of damaged or incorrect goods being supplied.

Our Policy is to despatch goods to arrive with you within 3-5 working days from receipt of your order and payment. If, however you require an urgent delivery telephone 0845 6 123555 and we may offer a quicker priority service for a surcharge.

All goods may be returned within seven days of receipt for exchange or refund. The customer is responsible for postal charges to return the goods and in the case of a refund will only be refunded the original cost of the items and not the initial postage charges. All goods returned must be, where possible, returned in their original packaging and arrive back to the address on your invoice in a saleable condition.

Fees are payable in full before the course start date.
Should someone be unable to attend, substitute delegate(s) are always welcome at no extra charge providing the substitute person meets the entry requirements; simply ring Habia and notify us of any changes prior to the course start date.
Providing incorrect information could lead to your place being withdrawn from the course and no refund will be given.
If you wish to cancel you should do so in writing at least 14 days prior to the course in which case there will be a 50% cancellation charge. For any cancellations thereafter a full 100% cancellation charge is payable. We reserve the right at any time and without prior notice to change the venue, the fees, dates and/or guest appearances (where applicable).It is your responsibility to carry out any skin tests required when using a chemical process on any live models prior to the course. All electrical equipment you bring to the course is maintained in safe condition.
